Steven listened to my goals for my first motorcycle purchase what what I had in mind when I came in to look at one bike and directed me toward another bike that turned out to be a better selection for what I needed. His knowledge of the inventory helped me make a more informed decision as well as making sure I knew exactly what I was getting into. Outstanding customer service and the rest of the team was equally on point and helpful. Walter made sure everything was good to go and very personable which is a massive difference than any other vehicle purchase I've ever made before. The entire experience was a fantastic way to say goodbye to 2022 and I'm looking forward to coming back in the future.

I recently bought a part for my BMW R 1200 RT at Foothills. I met one Steven and later Zach while there. The part was a key cylinder repair kit. Steven asked if I had re-keyed the lock before. I said no. He had time available and said it was a quick and easy fix. He offered to do it for me on the spot. I thanked him and in 5 minutes, the lock was ready to install on my top case. Unfortunately, the lock jammed into the slot and was unable to remove. Zach, a foothills mechanic looked at the lock and told me it needed to be reinstalled. He took the time to remove the entire lock system on the top case, fixed the problem and reassemble the lock. This took considerable time and afterwards said no charge. This was above and beyond my expectations. This dealership and their personnel are excellent and I highly recommend Foothills to take care of any problems you might have with your motorcycle. I was on a ride up through the Denver area and noticed a nail in my tire. I patched it, but I did not feel really confident putting more miles on the tire. I also have a 750 mile trip planned in a few days and knew I needed to get the tire changed. I contacted Foothills on a very busy Saturday. I knew the shop would be busy, but I decided to take my chances that they would not only have a rear tire but also be able to help me on short notice. I took my chances and rode up to the shop. They were slammed with customers. They had demo rides going on. And a pancake breakfast. I thought my chances were very slim at getting my tire fixed. Zach Gough was very helpful and gracious to get my bike in the shop very quickly and get me back on the rode. They did a great job and he even gave me a break on the price for a handle bar mounted phone holder. He also told me about a recall on my brake calibers that I did not know about. Great people at Foothills. I will take my bike back here whenever possible.

What a great and fun experience buying a new motorcycle. Zero stress, hundreds of smiles and laughs. From the first conversation with Julien to picking the bike up he was extremely cooperative and helpful. When he said he would look into something and get back to me he did so promptly. Within the first two weeks we were back for a first service and Wow was the service department above and beyond helpful.

I came in Saturday around noon. I was interested in the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Sales person Julian informed me they were sold out of all Royal Enfield bikes. He asked what my timeline was, I told him asap. He was able to find the bike I wanted in the color I wanted and could get it to the dealership the same day. I put a deposit down and went home, came back at 4pm. The bike was there and the paperwork was ready to go. It took 15 minutes to sign and I was out the door. Fastest and best experience I have had buying a motorcycle(this is my 7th purchase). Thanks Julian!!!!

It all started with a phone call to the shop last Feb. I bought the bike, a 2021 Himalayan, sight unseen from Julian. He made my purchase happen as smoothly as possible. Almost two months later I was back in Colorado with a beautiful new bike waiting for me. It was gassed up and ready to go. Julian was always quick to respond to any questions via text or phone calls. He's a great young salesman with good knowledge and passion for motorcycles. It's only been a couple of days, but so far the bike is a blast. It's not fast, but it isn't exactly slow.

Was very happy with the service department , I walked in with no appointment and Mitchell in the service dept. got me in for a malfunctioning key on my speed triple . Saved me a lot of time having to schedule an appointment and dropping the bike etc. Also Bonnie in sales was very nice and helpful . I felt the place had a nice small shop vibe .

My wife and I were on the road when she had a brake caliper bolt fall out. We found Foothills BMW pre- loaded in our GPS and it was only 15 miles away so we took a chance and rolled in and asked for help, The service dept. lept into action and was able to get us back on road in 20 minutes. They didn't even ask for money! They're attitude and help was much appreciated.

I brought my Thunderbird in for its regular 12000 mile valve adjustment service which was done without issue but when I got it home it started stalling and running rough. I called Foothills to see if they had any ideas as to the cause (I already suspected the dreaded MAP sensor tubes issue). They offered to send a guy out to my house in Florissant to pick up the bike and take it back to the shop. That in itself was unexpected since no other dealers that I've dealt with would have ever done that.
After a bit of troubleshooting and battery replacement it was agreed that the MAP sensor tubes were the likely culprit. After the tubes were replaced I now have the bike running better that ever.

What a fantastic shop to work with.
I was recently in the middle of a 6300 mile ride with my son as a college graduation present. Him on a new R1200 GS and me on my K1600. Late in the day as were were driving to dinner I got a big spike in my brand new rear tire. As we were approaching the Boulder/Denver area I jumped online and sent an email to Foothills as they were closed for the night.Very very early the next morning I was shocked to get a phone call telling me they had the tire I needed in stock and that I would be put to the first of the line to get it changed out.I own a small business and know great above and beyond service when I see it. This place was fantastic, Stephen and David treated so nice and were on our way mid morning.Our trip was a big success, the rides we took while we were in the area were some f the best of our trip (especially Estes Park). Most importantly the father son time we had will be remembered for the rest of our lives!Thanks so much for being part of our ride experience all over the USA easy!Cliff Whitney

This is long overdue, purchased my current R1200CLC from Foothills in 2013, was a super easy process, and everyone was/is absolutely fantastic! Was able to take the bike out for a test run even tho it was in the low 40s in February. Immediately started getting attached to the bike and getting things squared out. Easy, quick and friendly, awesome experience.

Learned that the U joint on my R1200RT drive shaft had failed while at the top of the Wilkerson Pass. Managed to limp the bike to Colorado Springs, but they had to order in the driveshaft. Learned Foothills had the part and the Service Manager fixed the issue the next morning. Also purchased a new helmet and boots while waiting. Excellent service and very much appreciated since I was far from home

I did not plan to buy the bike so soon, but the staff was still helpful and courteous, so when we decided to buy the bike we knew exactly where to go. My overall experience in buying a new Triumph after a 35-year hiatus was extremely pleasant at this dealership. I researched the top 5 manufacturers and finally decided on the Bonneville. The final decision was influenced by a sense of quality service, teamwork and professionalism at this dealership. The sales personnel were not high pressure yet very knowledgeable about their product and patient in conveying it. One can easily tell that there is experience backing up the no-pressure sales information. My bike was delivered with utmost of care. While riding, a minor incident bent the gear shift lever making it dysfunctional. Enroute back to the dealer, I was expecting a long down-time and an expensive repair. Within ten minutes the bike was in the bay, diagnosed, fixed, test-ridden and given back to me at no charge. My mindset quickly changed from one of anger that the bike was damaged to one of amazement. The service people were extremely helpful, and I realized that this dealership is a quality operation; obviously, I had made the right choice when I bought the motorcycle from Foothills and I know that they will take good care of this bike for a long time to come. That is exactly what I was looking for in getting back into riding. Thanks Foothills.
